At ESA Pet, we're a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting individuals who are seeking emotional care with clarity, reliability, and genuine attention to their well-being.

Our goal is to make the process of making your pet an official emotional support animal as simple and straightforward as possible. To do this, we combine the expertise of our in-house service professionals with a trusted network of licensed mental health professionals across the United States and Puerto Rico, all experienced in carefully evaluating emotional and psychological needs.

I talked to my Therapist less than 24 hrs after paying, got my letter within an hour. Brought my letter to my landlord, they needed further Housing Verification for approval, had to pay an extra $59 for my Therapist to fill the form out. He filled it out and had it sent back to my landlord within MINUTES of my landlord sending him the form. Customer service is top notch, never waited any longer than 24 hours for a response from them. Overall, I'm excessively happy with the total services they have provided me! I can now have my Puppy here with me at my apartment thanks to them!!

Because I am moving back to IL from WI after my 4th divorce, I talked with to a second therapist IL. Both WI and IL therapists were wonderful to me. I came from childhood abusive background and although I am strong, I have struggled throughout my life with my marriage selections. My two small poodles are currently my only family and friends. Although I have no current travel plans, I am very relieved to know that if I decide to travel by plane, my pups can travel with me. I purchased the residential letter as well. I had to pay for the therapist to fill out an additional form, the charge was $59 which seems reasonable.  I had the form back in a day or two.  Then found out I needed a second pet added to the letter. Also done within 2 days. Customer service also excellent, very responsive, very helpful. The meeting went well and I really connected with Diana. I was able to get all my paperwork sorted out with my apartment complex with 0 issues, and Diana was very responsive. I’m glad I got the upgraded package because I ended up needing a revision on the letter several weeks later. My letter was updated within about 24 hours and I was able to secure housing for me and my dog. She truly is essential for my mental health so I’m glad getting an ESA letter is so accessible. A little more guidance on when to present the letter during the rental application process would be helpful, but either way I was able to navigate it.
